After meeting with several builders, we knew that Nunley Construction was the right choice for our home. Having the opportunity to tour several homes at different stages of construction gave us confidence in their workmanship and their ability to deliver the quality home we envisioned for our forever home.
Because we were not local for much of the construction process, communication and trust were especially important to us. The Nunley Construction team was always quick to respond to our calls and emails and promptly addressed any questions or concerns we had. They proactively reached out whenever clarification was needed or when they had suggestions for options we may not have considered. Although being away during the build presented some challenges, they were happy to provide photos when requested, which gave us peace of mind and reassurance that our home was progressing as planned.
Their commitment extended beyond the construction itself. They offered thoughtful recommendations for finishes and connected us with sales representatives they knew would understand and appreciate our style. When questions arose about finishing materials, they were willing to meet us at the showroom so we could review the options together and make informed decisions. Their willingness to go the extra mile made the entire process feel much more personal and manageable.

My wife and I built from afar. We entrusted Nunley Construction to carry out our wishes and to follow our build directions. Communication and detailed plans are the key to a successful build. We were constantly in communication with Tammy, Tim and Mark. We flew out every 3 months or so to check on progress and make sure things were going as we wished. We relied on their experience to help our decision making
They let us walk through builds in progress that aided us in deciding on finishes and gave us ideas of changes to our existing plans.
I was impressed with Bruce, their cabinet builder. He did all our built ins and I’m beyond happy with his work. He had great ideas and was easy to work with. We even visited his shop to see his progress on our cabinets. He and his employees were great.
We are very happy with our build with Nunley Construction. We had some hiccups at the beginning, but ironed them out. I’ve spoken to several homeowners and nobody is 100% happy with their builder. After hearing some horror stories on builds, I feel blessed to have chosen Nunley. They built us a solid home and gave us great ideas along the way.
